KAM (Key Account Manager)

This person is assigned at the time of creating your Seller Center account, and will accompany you in the integration process of your store, and who will support you when you have any questions or problems.
This person knows the entire SC internal process to ensure that your products are published and seen by potential buyers, and will know who to escalate your doubts to in order to clear them effectively.
